This is a contract Finance Recruiter role responsible for prioritizing, executing, and closing complex searches while meeting defined metrics and performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and leverages analytics to develop effective talent strategies. Successful candidates bring deep expertise in talent delivery, along with strong industry networks and business acumen. They build credible, consultative relationships with hiring leaders and are highly skilled in candidate generation, assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management. This role requires a proactive and organized recruiter who can effectively manage competing priorities, challenge stakeholders when needed, and operate with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of customer focus and collaboration. Key responsibilities include developing innovative sourcing strategies, serving as the primary liaison for candidates, generating and nurturing leads, conducting initial phone screens, maintaining accurate candidate records, and partnering closely with internal teams to support hiring goals.
