The vision of the Food team at Bon Appetit/Client is to contribute to feeding the world responsibly and sustainably through food@work program leadership and by building upon Clients ecosystem. The mission of the Food program at Client site is to inspire and enable the Client community to thrive through food choices and experiences. The Finance Team exists to support the Food at client program regionally and to champion best financial practices as it relates to analysis, budget, forecasting and spend for all aspects of the Food at client Program and its values both to clients and to the vendor partners. The Finance Manager will utilize their skills as a finance professional to partner with the regional finance team and account Site Leadership as well as Clients Food Service Managers and lead our regional finance team in data collection and reporting. The role will implement strategic thinking, deep financial understanding, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The successful candidate will ensure financial reporting consistency per contract terms, support budget and forecasting reporting, KPI metric reporting, dashboard data validation, and provide GAAP guidance for compliant reporting.
