The Senior Finance Manager is a strategic member of the Finance team responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, federal grant financial management, compliance, and executive financial reporting for the Epilepsy Foundation of America. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, this position partners closely with executive leadership and department leaders to support informed decision-making, strengthen organizational financial performance, and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulations, nonprofit accounting standards, and organizational policies. This role requires an experienced nonprofit finance professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis, fund accounting, federal grant administration, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate possesses advanced proficiency in Sage Intacct, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful insights that support organizational strategy.
