About The Position

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain to join their Finance team. This role will be part of the Financial leadership for the Implant Network (Valve Network), collaborating with manufacturing plants in Costa Rica, Singapore, Irvine, and Valencia to drive financial commitments impacting the Surgical, THV, and TMTT business units. The position requires strong business partnering with the Technical Operations (Engineering) team to ensure strategic alignment with network priorities. The Senior Finance Manager will also serve as the point person for Surgical BU communications and will lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan processes for the Implant Network. The Finance team plays a crucial role in optimizing current and long-term success, enabling the company's strategy of innovation, leadership, and focus, and ultimately impacting the quality of life for patients worldwide.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
A minimum of ten years of Accounting/ Finance experience (Or eight years with a Masters)

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plan, strategic plan process and monthly forecasts inclusive of operating spend, project spend, headcounts and capital expenditure plans for the Implant Network.
Draw findings from financial and manufacturing trend reports, synthesize information, create presentations for management and provide recommendations and conclusions from data.
Collaborate with finance and manufacturing stakeholders to develop moderately complex financial dashboards, global reporting and analysis (e.g., plan metrics, cost of quality, financial tracking on big projects).
Serve as a strategic trusted partner to the Implant Network Leadership team and Tech Ops teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with management in identifying process improvements.
Drive major strategic projects to execution (e.g., automation, cost optimization, etc.).
Responsible for compliance activities (e.g., SOX, key and internal controls, fixed asset audits, physical inventory).
Analyze ROI (Return on Investment) of expenditures for manufacturing projects.
Develop project plans and global cost accounting activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables.
Provide guidance and/or lead smaller project teams to execute tactical projects and/or initiatives.
Other incidental duties.
