Senior Finance Manager, Corporate Analysis

Requirements
- Established team leadership and people management capabilities within fast-paced environments
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation principles, and corporate finance frameworks
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database fundamentals, and data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, Snowflake, or Databricks
- AI Application and Literacy skills to automate routine data collection, fact establishment, and financial trend analysis
- Outstanding quantitative analysis and complex problem-solving abilities
- Superior oral and written presentation skills to articulate key financial conclusions clearly
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 6+ years of prior work experience in financial analysis, with experience in a management or leadership role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user
- Prior people-leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS-Finance preferred
- Exposure to M&A transactions and/or corporate development activities is a plus.
- Background in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or private equity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and empower the financial analysis team to refine subscriber profitability models and optimize team priorities
- Evaluate financial risks and profitability across subscriber-facing offers to protect company margin
- Partner with cross-functional operational teams to provide accurate revenue and cost forecasting
- Conduct rigorous M&A due diligence and build forward-looking valuation models to support growth initiatives
- Leverage AI financial tools and data analytics to accelerate data interpretation and enhance financial modeling accuracy
- Synthesize complex metrics into high-impact presentations for upper management and key stakeholders
