Senior Finance Manager, Commercial
About The Position

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially astute and collaborative Senior Finance Manager, Commercial to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Channel Owners, and Finance leaders to support strategic decision-making across Rawson. You'll lead commercial forecasting, feasibility modelling, treasury oversight, and business analysis across current projects and future pipeline opportunities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or development finance within the Construction and Development sector, ideally residential
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Advanced Excel capability, with Power BI experience viewed favourably
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with senior leadership teams and managing competing priorities
- CA, CPA, or CFA qualified
- 10+ years post-qualification experience within commercial finance, development finance, FP&A, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic commercial finance insights and reporting to support executive decision-making
- Analyse financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning activities across Rawson Group
- Build and maintain complex financial and feasibility models to support projects, investments, and business performance
- Prepare investment cases, strategic project reviews, and executive reporting for key stakeholders and committees
- Lead consolidated cash flow forecasting and support treasury planning, funding allocation, and financial compliance
- Partner closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and Group Financial Controller, on commercial performance and strategic initiatives
