About The Position

Our client is seeking an accomplished Finance Director to lead our financial operations and strengthen the systems that support a fast‑paced, scaling organization. As the company grows from mid‑market scale toward enterprise‑level operations, this role will be central to building the financial infrastructure, controls, and forecasting discipline required for long‑term success. The Finance Director provides strategic oversight across all core financial functions — accounting, budgeting, credit, risk, tax, and treasury — and builds the processes, controls, and analytical tools that keep the organization financially sound and future‑ready. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in environments where operational rigor, strategic foresight, and scalable systems matter.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in finance or a related function.
• Deep knowledge of accounting, budgeting, credit, risk, tax, and treasury.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proven ability to design and implement financial policies, processes, and controls.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to report effectively to senior leadership.

• Healthcare experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the organization’s financial resources and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership across accounting, budgeting, credit, risk, tax, and treasury.
• Build budgets, monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and support debt strategy.
• Develop tools that help the business understand scenarios, risks, and long‑range impact.
• Create policies and operational standards that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Lead a finance sub‑function and establish strategies, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Build the systems and processes that support a scaling, multi‑state organization.
