About the role: You will join our finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner supporting the Air product, playing a critical role in driving financial performance and enabling strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insights, leading planning cycles, and shaping long-term strategy. You will also lead and develop a team while ensuring strong financial governance and delivering actionable analysis that supports business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A and business partnering
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting frameworks
  • Experience working with systems such as SAP and Cargowise
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the Air product
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective action plans
  • Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring strong alignment between financial and business objectives
  • Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining business performance and efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
