About The Position

Adobe's Growth Marketing & Insights team is responsible for the budget operations, spend governance, and performance-reporting infrastructure for Adobe's worldwide paid media investment. As a key Finance partner to this organization, you will contribute to building the operating model and perspective that ensures spend is accurate, efficient, and ready for decision-making by partners across Adobe. This role focuses on modernizing GMI's spend management, deepening finance's partnership with the media and performance organizations, and refining how Adobe invests in media. The ideal candidate will possess strong business partnership skills, a strategic focus, and a drive to innovate in Finance operations. You will leverage and advance an existing automation and reporting stack, developing the business acumen to transform spend data into insights on performance, efficiency, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Positive and team-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong command of budget management mechanics (reconciliation, variance, pacing, forecasting) with an inclination to streamline and automate rather than repeat manual work.
  • Demonstrated business partnership skills, including the ability to build relationships across functions, influence decisions, and translate numbers into a clear narrative and point of view.
  • Fluency or strong interest in AI-assisted workflows and automation to streamline finance operations.
  • Self-starter who connects across teams, takes initiative, and develops new ways of approaching problems.
  • Proficiency working with data and experience building structured, repeatable reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and using Claude Enterprise/ChatGPT to build scalable tools.
  • Familiarity with paid media operations and media budget taxonomies, or the ability to quickly learn this domain.
  • Experience supporting international / multi-geo budget operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own spend management through better tooling and process, including modernizing budget management for AMER media teams by transitioning reconciliation, PO tracking, transfers, and pacing from manual effort to scalable, well-governed, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Maintain a consolidated, trusted view of media budgets, aligned with Adobe's Finance taxonomy, for partner reliance in pacing and forecasting, ensuring accuracy for budgets in the nine-figure quarterly range.
  • Extend GMI's existing automation and reporting stack to expand coverage and maintain a durable operating model.
  • Deepen business partnership across the media and performance organization by building a thorough understanding of GMI's business units and acting as a trusted finance partner for key decision-makers, informing media investment.
  • Expand coverage for new and emerging organizations, integrating their operations into the GMI framework and establishing scalable, aligned processes.
  • Serve as the primary finance interface for Global media organizations, supporting regional budget alignment, deployment, and improving collaboration between GMI and global teams.
  • Build a finance perspective on media performance and investment by transforming spend and performance data into clear insights on efficiency and the effectiveness of media investments.
  • Surface areas of opportunity and risk, and apply a finance lens to planning and investment decisions in collaboration with Media Strategy, GTM, Performance Marketing, and Analytics teams.
  • Assist in leading quarterly planning and budgeting processes, synthesizing inputs, managing dependencies, and driving alignment to a recommended allocation.
