About The Position

The ‘Senior Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting’ position is a key member of the Enterprise Finance Global Cost Accounting Team, holding global responsibility for costing-related functions across regions and ERP platforms. This role is primarily responsible for managing variance explanation, allocation, and pass-through at GSC manufacturing sites and related month-end close processes, known as the commercial ‘pass through’ process. The position will collaborate cross-functionally with various members of GSC operations & finance, commercial selling divisions, and other elements of the R&C Cost Team. The role will regularly engage with SW business units in the creation and explanation of standard costs, passed variances, and monthly financial results, aiming to drive transparency and profitability for commercial groups.
