About The Position

The Sr. Strategy Manager - Field at Bread Financial is a pivotal role that drives top-line sales and customer loyalty by implementing insightful strategies to enhance the client's associate and customer experience. This role involves supporting the development and execution of strategies to meet acquisition and credit sales targets for assigned clients, potentially overseeing a team of Strategy Managers or operating as an individual contributor. This role works cross functionally to ensure regulatory measures are met across our programs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
8+ years experience in retail, banking, fintech, or similar industry.
Experience with remote/virtual teams.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail, or Communications.
Leadership experience.
8+ years experience in a sales-driven environment.
Facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Supports the development of customized client-facing strategies to achieve acquisition budgets.
Analyze performance and partner cross-functionally to maximize productivity and drive results. - (40%)
Develop purposeful partnerships and engage with internal and external leadership to influence the alignment of strategies. - (30%)
Develop risk-averse materials and maintain compliance. Prioritize tactics to support field strategy and process improvements. - (20%)
