Requirements

• 10+ Years of Multi-Trade Experience: Proven expertise as a lead carpenter, senior repair technician, or master handyman.
• Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and deliver top-quality workmanship without on-site supervision.
• Polite, customer-focused, and comfortable talking directly with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)
• Your own set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and work comfortably overhead or on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality home repairs, finish carpentry, door/window adjustments, drywall repairs, tile fixes, and light fixture updates.
• Drive directly to job sites, manage your workday efficiently, and complete jobs independently from start to finish.
• Diagnose customer issues, present clear options, provide accurate project estimates, and build strong trust on-site.
• Ensure clean, safe job sites and properly care for company equipment and materials.
