The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, servicing, and repairing pumping and support equipment in a safe and efficient manner, both on-site and at customer sites in the surrounding Norfolk area. We are seeking a mechanically strong field technician with proven hands-on troubleshooting experience on engines and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate can perform basic diesel engine diagnostics (distinguishing fuel, oil, and cooling issues) and is comfortable working independently in the field, tracing problems from symptom to root cause. Direct pump experience is not required; we will train on pump systems and electrical specifics. Preferred backgrounds include Navy technical rates (EN, CM, AD, AS, AM, MM, HT), HVAC technicians, and automotive or diesel mechanics who want to transition into pump and field service work. The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, high character, high-quality work, and readiness to work in environments that may include sewer bypass applications. We are targeting a pay range of $29 to $33 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
