Requirements

5–7 years of experience marketing B2B enterprise technology to U.S. Federal audiences.
Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI tools (Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity, draft marketing collateral, and perform data analysis.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to anticipate needs and work ahead of schedule.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (writing samples required).
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Bachelor’s degree.

Understanding of cloud and virtualization is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the quarterly Federal marketing plan, using data-driven insights and AI analysis to forecast demand and align with territory pipeline needs.
Ensure a high level of awareness and adoption of marketing resources by sales stakeholders, and communicate field-level insights back to corporate to ensure messaging resonates with the Federal audience.
Meet/exceed quarterly metrics, track lead flow, and measure ROI with meticulous accuracy, using AI-driven analytics to refine and improve outcomes.
Manage all industry and regional events (seminars, webinars, tradeshows), including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
Establish and proactively manage the field marketing budget, ensuring vigilant tracking and effective spend with zero waste.
