About The Position

As a Verkada Field Marketing Manager, you will serve as the CMO for our Enterprise West business line and be a crucial part of the Go-To-Market team. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our Enterprise sales segment and owning the marketing and demand generation efforts required to build pipeline. You will be responsible for developing a best-in-class ecosystem of security expertise to establish market credibility and define the trajectory of our Enterprise business. Success in this role will directly contribute to creating millions of dollars in pipeline from the largest companies globally.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of B2B marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Marketing
  • Strong ability to logistically execute multiple concurrent events requiring effective pre/during/post motions and communication among cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with channel or strategic partners to plan and execute programs that achieve excellent results
  • Strong ability to qualitatively and quantitatively develop understanding of the main personas driving the procurement process and Verkada’s value proposition
  • Proven ability to act as an advisor and peer with sales leadership
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to execute in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record executing creative or out-of-the-box event and demand generation programs
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time (1-2 days a week on average)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main counterpart to sales leadership and the "pipeline czar" for your aligned segment, collaborating with the sales team to meet pipeline goals necessary for achieving revenue targets.
  • Execute best-in-class regional and local campaigns, both directly and in partnership with others. This includes Verkada-hosted events, regional trade shows, local webinars, and any other tactics required to meet pipeline goals.
  • Execute account-based marketing programs on behalf of sales and demonstrate to representatives how they can implement program elements themselves.
  • Drive local, high-touch thought leadership and customer executive collaboration and community building around physical security and the cloud.
  • Advise the corporate and broader demand generation hub on the development, planning, execution, and measurement of supporting, highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with top channel partners to develop their overall marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketers to create essential positioning, messaging, customer advocacy, and assets for our Global segment.
