About The Position

Advanced Systems Group, LLC enables creativity through better technology and operations for media creatives and content owners. From acquisition to delivery, on-premises or in the cloud, ASG ensures our clients’ success through tailored solutions. One of North America’s largest Media and Entertainment Technology and Operations suppliers, we provide engineering services, physical and cloud integration, training, support, and managed services. ASG delivers customized operations and services for all phases of media production, including creative and engineering. Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in North America, South America, and Europe. The Senior Field Integrated Producer owns the end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility branded campaigns across diverse formats, including shoppable livestreams, commercials, video, digital, social, and experiential activations. Collaborating closely with creative, pre-sales, and account teams, this individual translates ambitious concepts into production realities by managing timelines, scripts, budgets, talent, and cross-functional studio teams from post-sale handoff to final delivery. The client-facing role demands sharp production instincts to proactively solve problems, manage vendor outsourcing, and balance creative vision with financial and operational constraints, while requiring up to 30% domestic travel for on-location productions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media, commercials/advertising, video, livestream, branded content, social and/or experiential formats for an agency, production company, publisher/platform or major brand with a track record of owning projects end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated experience personally producing pre-production and executional deliverables, including run of shows, production scripts and production schedules.
  • Experience translating client, advertiser or brand objectives into high-quality creative executions.
  • Experience working directly with high-profile talent and/or major brand clients.
  • Experience briefing and overseeing external production partners through delivery.
  • Fluency across multiple formats — shoppable livestream, commercials, video, social-first, digital and experiential.
  • Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of production.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required (up to 30%).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing scalable production workflows and best practices.
  • Strong financial acumen — managing production budgets, negotiating with vendors and finding cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.
  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale execution of integrated campaigns from creative handoff through launch and final delivery, serving as the day-to-day production lead and central point of accountability on all assigned projects.
  • Lead and execute shoppable live events, pop-ups and experiential activations end-to-end, from planning through on-site execution.
  • Create pre-production creative deliverables — overviews, run of shows, scripts and schedules — ensuring each aligns with the creative vision and advertiser objectives.
  • Own the Request-for-Proposal (RFP) process end-to-end — briefing external agencies on the creative concept and deliverables, evaluating submissions, and selecting the right partner for the campaign's needs and budget.
  • Oversee external production companies and partners when a project is outsourced, holding them to scope, schedule, budget, quality and Brand Studio standards.
  • Collaborate with and delegate to editors, providing notes and managing cuts through delivery for pre-taped activations.
  • Work directly with high-profile talent, coordinating logistics, managing on-set needs and ensuring a professional experience throughout production.
  • Own the overall production schedule, prioritizing creative requests and keeping them achievable within timeline constraints; manage inbound requests.
  • Proactively and creatively troubleshoot challenges at any phase, resolving production issues with timely, effective solutions.
  • Execute within the sold budget and get resourceful when constrained, developing lower-cost alternatives that keep partner teams and clients satisfied.
  • Partner with the creative development, pre-sales and account teams, alongside external brand partners, to ensure each campaign is executed against its creative promise and the brand’s KPIs.
  • Lead shoots, livestreams and activations on location, directing partners, crews, talent and stakeholders toward successful delivery.
  • Develop scalable production approaches, workflows and best practices, building repeatable solutions rather than solving the same problems campaign by campaign.
  • Evaluate and develop external production partners, building a reliable network across formats, production models and budgets.
  • Work closely with Creative Development, Pre-Sales and execution teams to establish SLAs and SOPs; participate in weekly and monthly business reviews; and stay on top of current trends in shoppable and digital content.
  • Ensure final work meets the creative vision, advertiser commitments, platform/technical requirements and Brand Studio’s quality bar.
