Senior Field Adjuster - (Lee & Collier Counties)
About The Position
This is a field-based position responsible for the prompt and thorough investigation of routine to moderately complex residential property claims. It involves on-site inspection of insured properties, with regular travel within an assigned territory. The role requires effective communication and interaction with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and experts to foster timely claim resolution. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving coverage issues, conducting factual investigations of causes of loss, and determining coverage based on policy and endorsements. Maintaining proper file documentation and issuing necessary coverage and payment letters to settle and conclude claims are also essential functions.
Requirements
- Must maintain a Florida All-Lines adjuster (620) license.
- 3+ years of homeowner’s claims field adjusting experience required handling all perils.
- Must be proficient with Xactimate and sketching, including mobile applications (iPad etc.).
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Prompt and courteous servicing of property claims, including insured and agency contact and follow through.
- Communicate and interact with a variety of individuals to foster the timely resolution of claims, including, but not limited to, policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and experts.
- Timely identification, analysis and resolution of coverage issues arising in claims investigation.
- Factual investigation of cause of loss.
- Coverage determination based on a variety of policy and endorsements.
- Maintain proper file documentation reflecting progressive claim handling.
- Coverage and Payment Letters necessary to settle and conclude the claim.
