About The Position

This is a true end-to-end factory Supply Chain leadership role in a fast-paced CPG manufacturing environment. You will own the entire on-site supply chain value stream — from inbound material planning and supplier management, through detailed production scheduling, to warehousing, inventory control, and finished goods dispatch. If it moves into, through, or out of the factory, you own it. You will lead, coach, and develop the factory Supply Chain team to deliver seamless plant operations, protect service levels, control working capital, and drive continuous improvement across every link of the chain.

Requirements

  • BS/BA required — preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or Business Management.
  • 5+ years of direct management experience in Supply Chain operations.
  • 3+ years leading and developing teams.
  • Manufacturing / operations experience required — food or CPG manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record leading responsibility across Logistics and/or Supply Chain inside a plant environment.
  • Firm command of manufacturing and distribution processes, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Working command of inbound materials management, detailed production planning, and material handling.
  • Working command of the impact of stock levels on working capital and product freshness.
  • Working command of trade-offs across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • Working command of LEAN principles and Value Stream mapping.
  • Working command of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Quality principles, and regulatory standards.
  • Working command of budget management, cost analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Working command of innovation/renovation, new product launches, product customization, and CPG industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure raw and packaging materials are available on-time, in-full, at quality, and at best total cost to enable uninterrupted manufacturing. Partner with suppliers to hold service levels and continuously improve.
  • Deliver consistently achievable production schedules aligned to the Master Production Schedule, while minimizing production cost and changeover waste.
  • Drive good warehousing practices for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory records, disciplined stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), freshness protection, and airtight controls over all receipt and dispatch documentation.
  • Ensure the factory operates with a proven, reliable, and qualified supplier base; develop containment strategies when disruptions hit.
  • Serve as the factory's supply chain integrator — collaborating daily with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Transportation, Customs, and Corporate Supply Chain to keep the plant running.
  • Champion Value Stream thinking across the operation.
  • Actively drive Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) within the Business Unit and across the factory.
  • Develop the Supply Chain budget, own performance plans, and deliver against cost, service, and inventory KPIs.
  • Build talent through career development, succession planning, and mentoring. Maintain a safe, engaged, high-performing team.
  • Share standard methodologies with peer factory Supply Chain Managers and partner with the Lean Champion, Procurement, Factory Management, and Application Group to drive continuous improvement enterprise-wide.
