As the Senior Human Resources Manager for a large Nestlé factory, you will lead the end‑to‑end HR agenda for the site, driving organizational design, executing the HR strategy, and partnering with site leadership to build a high‑performance, people‑first culture. You will manage and develop the HR team while overseeing recruitment, employee development, employee/labor relations, policy interpretation, compensation administration, and legal compliance. Accountable for the full HR service/value chain across the facility, you will also coach, lead, and grow direct reports to ensure consistent delivery, capability building, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Human Resources Business Partner Experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as both HR Manager and/or HR Generalist in a production facility or distribution center environment.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker's compensation.
  • BS/BA Degree with a focus in HR, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR through HRCI/SHRM certification strongly preferred.
  • Labor negotiations/union experience through handling mediation/arbitration/grievance processes.
  • Ability to strategically impact the culture through talent management and coaching, with a focus on risk mitigation, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, including successful leadership during acquisitions or start-up initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and effective integration of new processes and systems.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse HR team, fostering an inclusive work environment while driving team performance and achieving organizational HR objectives

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree preferred in HR, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
