As we continue to evolve our Gap Factory outlet business, we’re focused on building high‑performing teams, elevating store talent, and creating an engaging, people‑first culture across our fleet. We’re looking for an HR Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to our Gap Factory outlet field and store leaders, driving people strategies that result in an engaged workforce and a more productive business. In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day HR activities, provide thought leadership on organizational and talent priorities, and collaborate closely with our HR Center of Excellence—including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Labor Relations, and Total Rewards—to deliver against our people strategy. Your work will directly influence how our teams show up for customers every day and how we grow the next generation of retail leaders across multiple markets.
