The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for performing building and property maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the Sacramento associates. This position is part of the Facilities team located in Sacramento, CA and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with several years of experience
  • HVAC Certification (EPA Section 608 certification or HVAC excellence) or relevant experience
  • Ability to perform general building troubleshooting/repairs (doors, flooring, drywall, painting).
  • Basic understanding of electrical (lighting, outlets, breaker panels) and plumbing (pipes, valves, drains) systems
  • Ability to lift, move or carry up to 50 lbs. and ability to climb ladders
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Building Management and Environmental monitoring systems
  • Reading and working-from blueprints, technical schematics, and floor layouts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Facility Maintenance per service requests and emergency calls (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, assembly, office tasks, general repairs)
  • Perform preventive maintenance on Facilities equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities department as well as project and facility managers
