The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for performing building and property maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the Sacramento associates. This position is part of the Facilities team located in Sacramento, CA and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

High school diploma with several years of experience
HVAC Certification (EPA Section 608 certification or HVAC excellence) or relevant experience
Ability to perform general building troubleshooting/repairs (doors, flooring, drywall, painting).
Basic understanding of electrical (lighting, outlets, breaker panels) and plumbing (pipes, valves, drains) systems
Ability to lift, move or carry up to 50 lbs. and ability to climb ladders
Must have a valid driver’s license

Reading and working-from blueprints, technical schematics, and floor layouts.

Responsibilities

Perform Facility Maintenance per service requests and emergency calls (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, assembly, office tasks, general repairs)
Perform preventive maintenance on Facilities equipment
Work collaboratively with the facilities department as well as project and facility managers
