Requirements
- 3 years general commercial building maintenance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow established safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ability to operate woodworking equipment, machinery and hand tools
- Understand blueprints, sketches, schematics and other building plan specifications
Nice To Haves
- Experience with repairing hospital equipment including beds and stretchers preferred.
