About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Facilities Multi Services Manager (Level L) to support the 737 Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) team onsite in Renton, Washington on a 3rd shift. Travel to Boeing's Seattle, Washington factory is a requirement. Position Responsibilities: Manages employee and first-level management activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Participates in equipment make/buy decisions Participates in source selection; provides technical oversight and integrates supplier activities. Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • Experience with the Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • Willing and able to work 3rd shift
  • Willing to travel domestically as needed (to Seattle, Washington)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Manufacturing experience
