About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 6 months years of experience in facilities cleaning/maintenance.
Ability to work independently
Time management skills to complete all assigned duties daily
Ability to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis
Skilled in using manual and powered pallet jacks
Use of vacuum cleaner, shop-vac and floor scrubber

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily cleaning of production plant facilities, equipment, and surfaces
Employee restroom maintenance (cleaning and stocking)
Employee breakroom housekeeping
Guard rails, hand rails, and other contact surfaces
Window cleaning
Production and warehouse floors
Entrance and exit ways
Responsible for the disposal of trash
Separation of trash and recyclable materials
Collection and replacement of trash containers on the production lines
Use of compactor machines for both trash and recycling disposal
Occasionally operate a commercial floor scrubber
Work safely in a production/manufacturing environment, adhering to all company policies, practices and procedures
Work with a team and individually
