Senior Facilities Coordinator at Providence Child Center. This posting represents a 1.0 FTE, day shift opening (5, 8 hour shifts per week). Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - Computer applications or Facility maintenance or 2 years of related work experience.
  • 2 years - Experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading safety committee meetings, and staff education on safety awareness and best practices
  • Experience with Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Center for Medicare - Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the department manager and his/her designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner.
  • Develops and maintains processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies.
