Requirements

  • 18 years or older.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • The willingness and desire to learn and grow.
  • High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Effective organizational and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous semiconductor industry or manufacturing experience always a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment.
  • Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips).
  • Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
  • Perform quality inspections on finished products.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, Empowerment and Growth Mindset.
  • Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate.
  • Be punctual to ensure crisp pass downs between shifts.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
