Senior Exercise Integrator

Scientific Research Corporation•Alexandria, VA
•$136,850 - $228,100

About The Position

The Senior Exercise Integrator provides contractor support to the Test Resources Management Center (TRMC) Multi-Service Advanced Capability Hypersonics (MACH) Program Manager. The role oversees end-to-end operational integration of TRMC MACH assets, targets, and testbeds into Combatant Command (COCOM) and Service-level joint training and exercise planning events. Working across 12- to 24-month exercise planning horizons, the Integrator represents TRMC at Initial, Mid, and Final Planning Conferences (IPC/MPC/FPC), leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and authors key exercise deliverables, including Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), trajectory profiles, and range safety authorizations. The role ensures MACH assets support high-fidelity hypersonic viewing and tracking, simulated engagements, and live-fire test opportunities that challenge and validate warfighter architectures. The position supports COCOM headquarters, test centers, and exercise locations domestically and outside the continental United States. It requires 50% travel, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance.

  • Proven experience as a Lead Project Manager or Lead Integrator for complex, multi-service field exercises or MRTFB test events.
  • Detailed operational understanding of COCOM organizational structures, JELC timelines, and Joint Staff exercise governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated understanding of controlled airspace management, range safety processes, launch commit criteria, and flight trajectories.
  • Working familiarity with hypersonic flight envelopes, Mach regimes, target presentation requirements, and associated sensor tracking limitations.
  • Expert-level mastery of Integrated Master Schedules and Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) or exercise Schedule of Events (SOE) mechanics.
  • Ability to make sound technical risk assessments regarding launch abort criteria, airspace deconfliction, and range constraints under dynamic live exercise conditions.
  • Active Top Secret / SCI eligibility.
  • U.S. citizenship and a U.S. government security clearance at the Top Secret / SCI level are required.
