Requirements
- Five (5) years executive or VIP support experience.
- Exceptional customer communication skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-touch technical support to USPTO executives, senior leaders, and executive staff supporting mission-critical operations.
- Deliver white-glove executive support services.
- Support executive laptops, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.
- Provide onsite troubleshooting and rapid response support.
- Support executive meetings, presentations, and video conferences.
- Administer travel laptop program support.
- Coordinate executive ticket creation and follow-through.
- Provide VIP support during major incidents.
