About The Position

We are seeking a highly trained, discreet, and professional Senior Executive Protection Agent / Security Driver to join our elite security team in Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and peace of mind of our high-profile client and corporate executive. You will plan and execute comprehensive security measures, mitigate risks, and provide secure transportation, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in executive protection, corporate security, law enforcement, or military units.
Possess or be eligible to obtain a Minnesota Protective Agent License (requires 6,000 hours of qualifying experience).
Hold a valid permit to carry a firearm in Minnesota and meet all state requirements for Armed Protective Agents, including required firearms training.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Maintain a high level of physical fitness and be capable of responding physically in emergency situations.
Flexibility, including the willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Availability for domestic and international travel.
Demonstrated experience operating within a corporate environment.
Professional maturity to navigate corporate culture and engage effectively with senior leadership, legal, HR, and compliance stakeholders.
Capability to develop, maintain, and continuously improve formal program documentation.
Ability to align the executive protection program with the organization's broader governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework.
Exceptional situational awareness, observational skills, and a calm demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Provide executive protection for the principal during their daily activities, business meetings, public events, and travel.
Conduct thorough risk assessments, route planning, and advance site surveys for all locations visited by the principal, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing proactive security measures.
Operate company vehicles to provide safe, secure, and efficient transportation.
Execute evasive driving techniques and careful route planning to avoid threats and ensure timely arrivals.
Continuously monitor environments for potential threats and respond rapidly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or medical situations.
Conduct surveillance and counter-surveillance operations to detect and deter unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
Liaise with corporate offices, venue security, and other relevant agencies to ensure seamless security operations.
Maintain absolute discretion and safeguard sensitive information pertaining to the principal and the organization.
Operate within a corporate environment, understanding how executive protection functions as an integrated component of a broader organizational security program.
Navigate corporate culture, engage effectively with senior leadership, legal, HR, and compliance stakeholders, and align security operations with the organization's values, policies, and risk tolerance.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve formal program documentation, including drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), threat and risk assessment reports, advance survey reports, incident reports, and after-action reviews (AARs).
Align the executive protection program with the organization's broader governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework.
Contribute to security program governance by identifying gaps, proposing policy enhancements, and ensuring that all protective operations adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
