This role partners directly with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional HR teams to deliver thoughtful, market-based, and business-aligned compensation solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to consult with executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position serves as the primary compensation advisor for the Company's Vice President population and related executive talent decisions, ensuring decisions are consistent, competitive, and aligned with both internal equity and external market benchmarks. The role also supports executive compensation governance activities, including Compensation Committee and proxy-related work.
