About The Position

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Senior Executive Business Partner works closely with Linktree’s CEO to help direct his time toward the company’s most important priorities and ensure the operational details around him run smoothly. This is a strategic role focused not only on managing the CEO’s schedule, but also on anticipating needs, preparing him for key conversations, tracking commitments, and acting as an extension of the CEO and the Office of the Founders. The role owns the CEO’s calendar, meeting preparation and follow-through, inbox, communications, travel, and personal operations. It also coordinates Board and leadership meetings, external commitments, and company-wide projects such as offsites and team events. As an active member of the EA/EBP team, the role contributes to shared projects, supports colleagues during busy periods, and helps strengthen the executive support function. The successful candidate will use AI, systems, templates, and delegation to make support more reliable and reduce manual work. The role requires sound judgement, discretion, strong business sense, and comfort balancing changing executive priorities with collaborative company initiatives. Occasional travel may be required to support the CEO, leadership offsites, and company events; requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
