Enterprise Digital sets the strategy and direction for American Express’ digital products and design, building and scaling the platforms and experiences that drive customer value, efficiency, and competitive differentiation across the enterprise. The Senior Executive Assistant will support the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Digital and play a critical role in enabling the effectiveness of this newly formed organization. This is a highly visible position requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly across senior stakeholders within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) and the broader enterprise. Enterprise Digital is a large, multi‑team organization of over 1,000 colleagues, responsible for 130+ digital platforms, products, and tools, partnering with business units to deliver enterprise outcomes through acquisition, core digital experiences, design, analytics/experimentation, and program/portfolio enablement. The role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment and requires a proactive, resourceful approach to managing complex priorities, coordinating across teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. Success will depend on the ability to build strong relationships, navigate a large and dynamic organization, and anticipate needs ahead of time.
