The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple executive leaders. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership and requires independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex, confidential, and competing priorities. Key responsibilities include providing proactive, strategic administrative support, supporting special projects and producing complex executive-level documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, collecting, analyzing, and preparing information for meetings involving executive leadership, the Board of Directors, regulators, and external stakeholders, providing sophisticated calendar and travel management, including coordination of offsite meetings and competing executive priorities, prioritizing inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and making recommendations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day executive operations, arranging and managing logistics for Board and divisional meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda development, material preparation, distribution, and meeting minutes, serving as a primary liaison for meetings and events, handling all logistics with professionalism and discretion, managing expense reporting and administrative workflows related to executive support, handling highly confidential and sensitive information using sound judgment and initiative, maintaining corporate governance records, including Board minutes, bylaws, resolutions, policies, and organizational charts, supporting audit, regulatory, and compliance-related requests as needed, ensuring adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and may mentor or guide administrative staff and serve as a subject matter expert for executive support operations.
