About The Position

American Systems seeks an exceptionally well qualified DOD Senior Executive Administrator (Top Secret / SCI) with demonstrated expertise in supporting senior DOD Executives (3-star) with administration and scheduling, classified material handling, security facility administration, and information technology coordination.

Requirements

10 years’ experience providing executive administration and administrative security support to include preparing technical briefs, correspondence, and congressional responses. Experience with OSD processes and procedures related to supported tasks, including correspondence, security, and human capital. Experience in industrial and security operations as they apply to contractors, DoD and/or other government intelligence organizations. Experience with protection and handling procedures associated with classified information. Experience in packaging, staffing, and routing Congressional correspondences across the DoD. Experience managing senior-level scheduling, as well as coordinating and executing classified video teleconferences. Experience supporting high-ranking Defense Department Senior Executives and interacting with DoD Flag / General Officers as well as their support staff.
Bachelor's degree.
Top Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility)
