The Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to provide high-impact administrative and operational support to our executive leader of Go-To-Market. This role is critical to enabling focus, efficiency, and execution across a fast-paced, globally distributed GTM organization. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, exercises strong judgment, and thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple levels of change. You will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and the executive leader is positioned for success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP+), ideally within a Go-To-Market, Sales, or commercial organization
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior leaders and external partners
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Comfortable working independently, anticipating needs, and making sound decisions with limited direction
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” approach

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth global organization is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GTM executive leader, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups to ensure effective use of executive time
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas (as needed), and expense reporting
  • Act as a liaison between the executive leader and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Operations
  • Support design and execution of GTM leadership team rhythms, including leadership meetings, QBRs, offsites, and strategic planning sessions, with the ability to create content for sessions when needed
  • Draft, edit, and format executive-level communications, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
  • Track action items, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely follow-through
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, often involving cross-functional coordination
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows, and ways of working
