About The Position

The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will provide support to several executives and their direct reports in the Technology department. This will include, but not limited to heavy calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials and other day-to-day activities. This role works independently on special assignments related to corporate affairs. Handles confidential business matters. May interface with clients and make proper referrals. This role requires a strong attention to detail, efficient organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 7+ years supporting executive level (VP & above)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Forms, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under basic to limited supervision making decisions within executive's guidelines
  • Interacts with all levels of executives, as well as board members
  • Can operate independently in a remote setting but also be available in the office as needed
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executive level and their direct reports
  • Manage calendar scheduling
  • Arrange travel (domestic and international) and expense reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, preparation of meeting materials, including board reporting
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Communicate and exhibit professionalism with executives and board members
  • May handle more complex administrative functions, including (but not limited to) answering phone calls, coordinating vendors, gathering and production of presentations.
  • May provide in-depth support with reporting and data analysis
