About The Position

This role involves working with stakeholders to define feature requirements, building aspects of the event platform (RainFocus), presenting to key executives and managers within ServiceNow marketing, managing complex projects through the software development life cycle, and traveling to deliver events in various cities.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 10-12 years in a marketing or technology context, preferably in events
• A background administering SaaS events tools like RainFocus or Cvent
• Experience working within events at leading enterprise software companies
• Demonstrated technical savvy – not a developer but someone who understands tech
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• A fantastic attitude and ability to manage the high stress world of events

• ServiceNow certified is a big plus
