About The Position

Champion Windows is seeking a part-time Sr. Field Marketer (Events and Canvassing) who is energetic, positive, and passionate about engaging with people and promoting high-quality home products. This role is crucial for scheduling appointments, representing Champion Windows and Home Exteriors at various events, and ensuring the success of field marketing efforts. The position offers an opportunity to represent a leading brand in home improvement within a dynamic work environment focused on client engagement and product excellence. Requirements

1-3 Years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a proven track record in prospect engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation (must have valid driver's license).
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

Research and plan areas for effective outreach and assess staffing needs.
Create and manage schedules for Field Marketers.
Research events throughout the area.
Assist in hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for Field Marketers.
Supervise field activities of Field Marketers and address performance issues.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all appointments obtained by Field Marketers.
Adhere to budget constraints and return on investment requirements.
Maintain thorough product knowledge to answer customer questions and demonstrate offerings at events.
Approach and engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
Set up in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of booths at events.
Help contribute to and foster a positive company culture.
Utilize various mobile technologies for data entry and tracking.
