About The Position

RTM Business Group is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and ambitious Senior Event Operations Coordinator to join their Event Operations Team. The ideal candidate should enjoy traveling, meeting new people, managing multiple projects simultaneously, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about professional development and growth. This role involves managing various event responsibilities and logistics, including planning, coordination, organization, and execution of all meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry (internship experience qualifies).
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Must be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple deadlines at once.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Professional telephone skills and writing skills for communication with attendees.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Airtable, CVENT, Alchemer, or Adalo preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, seminars, and special events.
  • Coordinating all phases of event logistics through detailed communication, including meeting room layout, hotel rooming lists, transportation, AV equipment rental, event registration, and on-site execution.
  • Traveling nationally throughout the year for up to 6 events, each lasting 4-5 days.
  • Working with external vendors on A/V, entertainment, lighting, event supplies, and other necessary event inventory.
  • Creating, monitoring, and managing event timelines and attendee profiles on Airtable.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to produce event collateral, materials, and follow-up activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations.
