  • Strategic mindset and confidence auditing existing processes, challenging the business when necessary, and aligning activity with lead generation and pipeline goals.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate large-scale events involving multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Experience enabling and aligning with B2B Sales teams; experience creating scalable processes or field-team toolkits is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and financial awareness.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% of the year to attend and support large tradeshows.

  • Serve as the primary program owner for major US events and coordinate stakeholders throughout planning and execution.
  • Activate and guide the US Sales team before and during events to support specific KPI targets.
  • Define event goals, manage lead follow-up, track pipeline impact, report results, and recommend future budget allocation.
  • Manage US event logistics, including vendor relationships, venue coordination, booth logistics, and onsite execution.
  • Act as the global event marketing expert and discipline owner, advising regional teams and sharing best practices.
