About The Position

Hilton West Palm Beach is seeking a Senior Event Manager to join the leadership team at this AAA 4-Diamond property. This role is responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of rooms operations, Hilton systems, and event management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of planning and execution for complex events.
• Event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments, and customers.
• Ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events.
