About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager (Clarivate A&G Software Group) based in Belgrade who can elevate Clarivate’s market presence through impactful, high‑profile events. In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of complex event initiatives, shaping strategic experiences for customers that drive brand visibility, engagement, and commercial success. The team delivers a portfolio of high-impact events, including three major flagship customer user-group events annually - two in the US and one in Europe, alongside several smaller, primarily US-based events. The team is focused on driving successful event outcomes through strong planning, coordination, and execution, and is looking for an experienced event professional who can take full ownership of the end-to-end process, including budgeting, planning, and logistics.

Requirements

7 years of relevant experience (proven international event management experience, complex events)
2 years of experience in event budget ownership and tracking
Fluent proficiency of English language
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

Background in administration
Project management experience
Experience working with foreign event-related vendors (US)

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of high-profile and complex events, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align event strategies with organizational goals.
Lead vendor negotiations, ensuring cost-effective agreements without compromising on quality.
Oversee multiple events concurrently, balancing resources and timelines to meet deadlines efficiently.
Lead risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential issues during events.
Provide post-event analysis and reports, detailing successes, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements.
