About The Position

We're hiring a Senior Event Experience Strategist to elevate internal event experiences and champion experiential storytelling that power this connection. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Capital Group's reputation and engagement across audiences worldwide. You'll drive creative strategies and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content across multiple channels, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in every project. Your creative and experiential vision will help advance Capital Group's mission, while your expertise in multimedia, event production, and integrated communications ensures impactful and innovative outcomes. You'll lead the development and execution of communication strategies, manage complex projects, and foster strong stakeholder relationships through trust, flexibility, and empathy.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative strategies across diverse channels.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing and collaborating on complex projects and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned content.
Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.
Initiative, problem-solving skills, and work well in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
A bachelor's degree.
