About The Position

Sam’s Club is reimagining how private brands and trend-led products are discovered, developed, and brought to life for members. As Senior Manager, UX Design – Member’s Mark Community & Trends, you will lead experience strategy for how insights, trends, and member signals shape physical product development—especially across Member’s Mark and private brands. This role sits at the intersection of design, research, analytics, and merchandising, helping teams answer a fundamental question: What is the experience we are delivering that enables the right products to be created? In this role, you will also manage associate and member digital and physical experiences, with a strong emphasis on fostering community engagement, facilitating early product testing with members, and enhancing loyalty ecosystems. You will oversee initiatives that invite members to participate in product feedback loops, test new offerings before launch, and engage with programs designed to build long-term brand loyalty, ensuring that these digital touchpoints inform and elevate the overall product and member experience. You’ll guide how merchants gather insights, interpret trends, evaluate competitors, and translate member needs into products on shelf—while leading a small, embedded design team and influencing partners across merchandising, brand, and product development.
