About The Position

This role supports a dedicated team that creates events supporting our clients’ integrated campaigns. Our campaigns feature programming with iconic sports & CSR partnerships – including MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, Motorsports and Special Olympics properties! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, takes pride in supporting events through seamless planning and coordination, and creating inspiring and impactful experiences. This role will work in a team environment with a diverse group of people from different cultural backgrounds and will report to the team’s Event Manager. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for organization and precision.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of event-related experience preferred, with a focus on executing large-scale custom experiences to small-scale turnkey engagements
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours including weekend travel
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support teammates with planning and execution of multiple on-the-ground activations
  • Prepare necessary event documents including event guides, status reports, inventory tracking documents, etc.
  • Assist with vendor management and logistical planning
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal and external disciplines
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client’s sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives
  • Participate in brainstorms and creative ideation and provide research as requested
  • Additional projects as assigned, which may include: assistance on other events/programs, competitive research, POVs, property research, etc.
  • Domestic event travel will be required throughout the year, including nights and weekends
