About The Position
We are working with a well known commercial roofing contractor who operates across Texas. They are on the lookout for an experienced senior estimator to join their team. This role would make you responsible for the full life cycle if the estimating process. They are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with the other estimators within the team, complete on screen take offs and provide quality and accurate commercial estimates.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in commercial estimating
- Management training / experience
- Comfortable within an office environment
- Experience working with on-screen takeoff software
Responsibilities
- Full life cycle of the estimating process
- Effectively communicate with other estimators
- Complete on-screen take offs
- Provide quality and accurate commercial estimates
