About The Position

OPEN JOB: Senior Estimator- Heavy Civil/Highway LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona Relocation Assistance Available BASE SALARY - $100,000 to $130,000 Bonus Eligible IDEAL CANDIDATE: A Senior Heavy Civil Estimator who can own bids, influence strategy, and win meaningful work Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience with HCSS 5+ years of heavy civil / roadway estimating experience (aviation a strong plus) RESPONSIBILITIES: You’ll lead estimating efforts for major heavy civil infrastructure projects across Arizona, spanning scopes such as mass grading and earthwork, concrete structures, aggregate placement, asphalt paving, airport taxiways and aprons, PCCP, and other transportation infrastructure work. You’ll partner closely with the Chief Estimator, project managers, and executive leadership to develop smart, competitive bid strategies that balance accuracy, risk, and profitability — not just the lowest number on bid day. Requirements
