Senior Estimator - Electrical Construction

This position oversees and leads ELCCO’s preconstruction function to ensure we pursue the right work, price it accurately, and deliver projects that are profitable and execution ready. The role focuses on estimating performance, priorities, and quality, bid strategy and backlog quality, margin protection and scope accuracy, estimating systems, tools, and databases, team leadership and development, and cross-functional alignment with Ops, BD, and PMs, as well as providing market insights and strategic input.
