About The Position

Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry-leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer, is seeking a Senior ERP Technical Analyst. This role reports into our corporate headquarters located in Germantown, WI, with the flexibility for hybrid or remote work. The position involves analyzing business processes and functional requirements to develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. The analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other IT systems. Ellsworth Corporation is a family-run company with over 50 years of continuous growth, specializing in adhesives for industries such as cell phones, medical devices, space/aerospace, and electric vehicles.

Requirements

10+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics, others) in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Proven experience in planning and leading ERP implementations, upgrades and enhancements in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics).
In depth knowledge of ERP architecture and integration methodologies.
Strong proficiency in SQL, database management, programming languages relevant to ERP systems (including APIs and system integrations).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system (Prophet21 and Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure it meets the organization's needs.
Understands current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Works closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements / technical specifications and translates them into ERP system configurations, customizations and integrations.
Leads and manages ERP-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develops and implements customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications to meet business requirements.
Provides ongoing support to ERP system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
