The Staff ERP SCM Systems Analyst serves as a functional authority and user side technical leader for Oracle ERP/SCM applications. This role acts as the voice of the business user, ensuring Oracle upgrades, new modules, enhancements, and ongoing system operations meet business needs, adhere to governance standards, and deliver a high-quality user experience. This position partners closely with IT, process owners, and business leadership to lead testing efforts, influence system design decisions, and proactively improve system performance and usability. The role requires deep Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Oracle Cloud system knowledge, strong business process understanding, and the ability to guide others through complex system changes. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise SCM Planning Systems and is part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, located in the United States, and will be fully remote. Requirements

Four-year degree in a supply chain field
Minimum 6 years’ experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Applications with at least 3 of these in a functional planning role
Strong understanding of ERP and/or SCM processes, such as: Supply Chain Planning Manufacturing Planning Procurement / Purchasing Product Information Management Inventory Management or Order Management
Proven experience working with the user community providing training and leading UAT or implementation activities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess cross-functional system impacts

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with Oracle quarterly update cycles
Familiarity with system governance, controls, and audit requirements
